How You Can Release Blocked Energy With Marma
Marma Therapy: healing from within
Marma is one of the most essential forms of therapy in Ayurveda and helps to maintain health by releasing blocked energy. The word itself comes from the Old Indian (Sanskrit) “
The Marma assumes that the health of the body is endangered if certain Marma points are ignored or even damaged. These points are located throughout the body, where at least two types of tissue meet: whether muscles, veins, ligaments, bones or joints.
Here are your Marma points.
In total, there are 107 doors with which Marma penetrates body and consciousness. The memory is seen as a hundred-eighth. The main points that are most important to Marma are near the seven energy sources (chakras) of the body. Less essential points, however, radiate towards the limbs.
The size of the dots varies between 2.5 and 15 centimetres on average. Both the front and the back of your body are entirely covered. In total there are 22 points on the legs and feet, 22 on the arms, 12 on the chest and abdomen, 14 on the back and 37 on the head and neck.
